| ALL SYTEMS GO FOR ANOTHER RECORD BREAKING HERTS HOT RACKETS 2014 TENNIS SEASON |

Another record breaking season is 'ready to go' for 2014.
All matches are due to start in April and this year has seen even more team joining the Herts Hot Rackets 2 Pair competition. We have a record breaking 125 teams taking part this year, and 17 combined divisions, all resulting in over 400 matches to be played. All confirming how popular the Hot Rackets 2 pair competition is in Hertfordshire.
All the teams, fixtures, contact details, etc are now entered, updated and are now 'live' on the Hot Rackets web site, so you can now check all your forthcoming fixtures and opponents details etc.
The first matches commence in April and a full fixture programme goes through until the end of the season which is, SUNDAY 28th SEPTEMBER.
Please use the web site regularly, as it will be constantly changing from April as matches are played and scores are registered, and the league positions and club 'stats' start to take shape.
PLEASE SEND IN ANY TEAM/INDIVIDUAL PHOTOGRAPHS RELATING TO MATCHES OR MATCH REPORTS, CLUB NEWS ETC.
WE WILL MAKE SURE IT IS 'UPLOADED' TO THE SITE QUICKLY.
Please help us to make the 'Hot Rackets' league run smoothly by 'working ' to the following points:
UPLOADING MATCH RESULTS
Please make sure if you are the winning captain that you 'upload' your match scores within 72 HOURS (3 DAYS) from the match date, so the league positions will automatically update immediately and the web site will be showing the latest 'up to the minute' league positions & club 'stats' information. Just click on www.hotrackets.co.uk/admin enter your clubs user name & password to gain access to the electronic score sheet
REARRANGED MATCH DATES
If a match date is rearranged please could the captain/administrator who is INITIATING THE CHANGE please contact us immediately with the new fixture date & time.
Also regarding cancelled/abandoned matches through bad weather, could the HOME TEAM captain/administrator again please contact us immediately.
In both cases all that is required is a simple email with your club name, your division, ladies or men, both teams and the old & new fixture dates & times. This will help us to to update the web site and keep the fixture dates & times 'up to the minute' and correct.
If you need any information regarding the Rules or Match Play Procedure please look on the web site Home Page and click on Score Sheets & Rules. This will take you to a quick overveiw of the match format etc. For more detailed information just click on the League Rules or Match Play Procedure 'boxes'. You can also click on the Score & Result Sheet 'box' if you require a paper Score Sheet. These boxes are located at the top of the 'Quick Overveiw' page.
